Customer Care Advisor
?? Location: Bridgwater (Hybrid after probation – flexibility required)
?? Hours: 37.5 per week

Role Overview
Customer Care Advisor supporting Retail & Specification divisions across UK & Ireland. Responsible for order management, quotations, complaint handling, and customer support. Ensuring service excellence with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer queries (email, phone, social media).
*Manage order cycle via ERP: stock checks, order placement, delivery tracking, issue resolution.
*Handle pricing/quotation cycle: discounts, campaigns, quotes, claim-backs, presentations.
*Track projects, update customers, manage complaints.
*Identify service improvements and support sales targets.
Skills & Experience
*Strong communication skills (verbal/written).
*Customer service background.
*Organisation & attention to detail.
*Problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking.
*Microsoft Office proficiency.
*Team player, professional, self-motivated.
*Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility.
