A well-established, multi-entity organisation is seeking a qualified finance professional to join its central team in a newly created reporting role. This position offers broad exposure across group-level reporting, statutory compliance, and technical accounting, with the opportunity to contribute to ongoing process improvements and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and executive-level summaries
*Assist with the production of statutory accounts and coordination of external audit activity
*Contribute to the development and documentation of finance processes and internal controls
*Provide technical accounting input on matters such as new standards and acquisition-related activity
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and timely reporting across the group
Ideal candidate:
*Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Background in financial reporting, group finance, or external audit
*Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards
*Strong Excel skills
