Job Description:
Customer Service Representative (Belfast)
Based in Belfast, my client is a global organisation, and they are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is a Full-Time Contract for 13 Months.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00 Friday 8.30 to 4.30- & One-hour lunch break each day
With a salary of £24,115 and increases to £26,025 after six months
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing high quality service and administration to enable the department to provide excellent customer care. You will work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Sales, Pricing, Customer Accounts and our wider branch network. You will handle order processing, delivery queries, pricing enquiries and stock checks. Your work will help ensure customers receive accurate information and timely deliveries, contributing directly to their overall experience.
Essential Criteria:
*Previous Customer Service experience within a similar role
*Ability to demonstrate assisting customers with queries
*Strong IT skills with the use of IT packages
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
*Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with excellent organisational skills
*Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
*High attention to detail
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Order processing
*Delivery complaints
*Pricing enquiries
*Stock checks
*Customer classification
*Raising purchase orders
*Telephone calls answered within a quick time frame
*Logistics queries
*Admin errors
*Analyse customer delivery data
