Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of advanced engineering solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor / Admin Assistant to join their team in Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handling incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service
*Responding to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
*Preparing and raising quotations for clients
*Filing and maintaining customer documentation accurately
*Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager
*Collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure smooth operations
*Utilising ERP systems to manage customer and order information
*Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
*Generating commercial invoices for export and maintaining related customs records
*Providing holiday cover for key administrative and invoicing functions
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with ERP systems is preferred
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Experience in a customer service or administrative role
