ROLE OVERVIEW
Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Real Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career, you will have the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the overall growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Oversee and managed an inherited book of business with some key leading accounts
*Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
*Assigned two account handlers to help with workload
*Working with large corporate complex business
*Develop relationships with key insurers
*Maintain an exisiting portfolio
*Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
*Lead by example, inspiring, encouraging and personally supporting account handlers in their career development
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
*Demonstrated experience in managing real estate insurance accounts.
*Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
*Ability to manage high-value accounts with a strategic and client-focused approach.
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.
