Description
*Leading the indirect tax reporting across the UK and Europe and ensuring all reporting and payment deadlines are effectively me
*Working closely with the business to drive system process change and improve the indirect tax reporting within the different business units
*Management of the Indirect Tax team, specifically the Tax Accountants responsible for in-country compliance obligations.
*Delivery of Indirect Tax training to the business as required.
*Management of the year end Indirect Tax audit process for the UK and Europe
Profile
A successful Group Indirect Tax Manager should have:
*A professional qualification in tax or accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or qualified by experience.
*Strong knowledge of indirect tax and customs tax
*Proven ability to manage tax compliance and advisory functions effectively.
*Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly and concisely.
