The ideal candidate has: * Full QTS

* Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons for Reception-aged children

* Confidence in supporting children of all abilities

* Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills

* The ability to think quickly and adapt lessons to meet the needs of young learners
