As our Financial Controller, you’ll manage all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and ensure robust financial governance.
Key Duties
*Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
*Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
*Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
*Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
*Liaise with auditors and manage year-end audit processes.
*Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
*Manage and mentor finance team members.
*Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Educational Requirements
*Essential: *ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent professional accounting qualification).

*Preferred: *Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
