Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of site operations, involving both preventative and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a background in general site maintenance and engineering,


Key Responsibilities:
*Perform general site maintenance across buildings, machinery, and facilities.
*Carry out preventative maintenance checks and inspections.
*Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out reactive repairs in a timely manner.
*Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
*Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations.
*Liaise with external contractors and suppliers where necessary.
*Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in a site maintenance or general engineering role.
*Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (multi-skilled preferred).
*Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
*Familiarity with tools and maintenance best practices.
*Health & safety awareness and adherence to safe working practices.
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a similar industrial setting
