**This is a hybrid role where you’ll be expected to work on site one day per week in the Newcastle office. Sponsorship will not be offered for this role

Your mission:
*Lead and inspire a team of 8 developers and change specialists
*Drive delivery of high-quality software solutions built on the Microsoft Stack
*Be the go-to technical authority – guiding, coding, and problem-solving
*Champion process discipline and continuous improvement
*Translate complex technical issues into clear, simple language for stakeholders
*Lead from the front on a collaborative, energetic culture
The role:
*You’ll find yourself at the forefront of a forward-thinking team where your leadership will directly improve patient experiences meaning your work has a real social impact
*Attention to detail will be essential from various angles such as technical, process improvement and team performance.
*Naturally working with patient care has significant impact should anything go wrong, so dedication to continuously improve will be instrumental daily.
The right person will be:
*A proven leader – strong people management skills and ability to motivate
*Hold strong technical expertise in some technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, Microsoft BI tools, PowerApps (You’ll likely have started out as Software Developer in your career)
*Have a process-driven mindset – you live by best practices and quality standards
*Excellent communicator – bridging the gap between tech and non-tech audiences
*Resilient and adaptable – thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
