Job Description:
A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects across sectors including commercial, education, blue light, healthcare, and industrial sheds.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post-contract duties, supporting clients through all stages of the construction process. You will take responsibility for cost planning, tender documentation, contract administration, and cost reporting, while also helping to mentor junior staff and contribute to client relationship management.
The role offers flexible hybrid working, with a combination of home, site, and office-based work, ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking work-life balance within a collaborative and professional environment.
Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
*Strong UK experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
*Experience in sectors such as education, commercial, healthcare or industrial (sheds) is desirable
*Excellent pre and post-contract knowledge
*Client-facing with the ability to manage key accounts
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction discipline
*MRICS or working towards chartership is preferred
