8.30am – 5pm or 8am – 5.30pm
42.5 hrs a week

Contract type: Temporary to permanent contract
Yardman – Exciting Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Plant Yardman to join a well-established team within a busy Plant Yard and Workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a dynamic environment.
The Role:
As a Plant Yardman, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with loading and unloading plant and materials from lorries
• Heavy lifting
• Maintaining accurate records of plant and equipment moving in and out of the yard
• Cleaning plant machinery and site cabins, including steam cleaning returned equipment
• Supporting workshop engineers and the parts team when required
• Helping with vehicle and parts deliveries and collections
• Keeping the yard and workshop clean, tidy, and safe
What We’re Looking For:
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
• Flexibility to assist across different areas of the operation
