Planning Solicitor – Leeds
I’m working with a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Leeds, to recruit an ambitious Planning Solicitor to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in planning law who’s looking to join a firm known for its supportive culture, quality client base and strong regional presence.

The Role:
You’ll be joining a Planning team which is ripe for growth but also established.
The work is varied and high-quality, covering:
*Advising developers, landowners and commercial clients on planning and highways matters
*Drafting and negotiating section 106 and section 278 agreements
*Representing clients in planning appeals and enforcement issues
*Supporting transactional property and development work with planning advice
*Advising on CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy), environmental impact and lawful development certificates
There’s scope here to carve out a clear position in the team, with autonomy over your own files but support where needed. You’ll also play a key role in business development and maintaining client relationships.
About You
We’re keen to speak to Planning Solicitors with:
*At least 2 years’ PQE in planning law (more senior candidates also welcomed)
*Experience working with developers, housebuilders, or local authorities
*A commercial mindset and strong communication skills
*A genuine interest in growing a career in a regional firm with real values
