The Role
We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous exposure to an accounting practice who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a range of clients.
*Processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
*Assisting with VAT returns and preparation of management accounts.
*Liaising with clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally.
*Supporting senior team members with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
About You
*Experience: Some prior experience within an accounting practice is essential.
*Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
*Attributes: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
