Job Description:
This is a very interesting role for an experienced Administrator, preferably with experience in the freight or compliance sector, to work for a superb organisation who are leaders in their field, covering maternity leave for one year.
Ideally you will have had exposure working within freight and export, however, compliance, legal or working with contracts would also be ideal for this position.
You will be working within the legal department and supporting the compliance team. The role offers lots of variety, is interesting and offers the opportunity to work within a great team.
Responsibilities include the following:
*Supporting the compliance team- Ensure adherence to all import/export regulations and procedures.
*Provide Export Control and Customs advice to clients.
*Read and edit contracts
*Develop policies and procedures to ensure smooth logistics operations
*Process insurance claims and incident reports
*Keep documents up to date - Maintain accurate records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office software
*Previous experience in Freight forwarding and compliance
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Hours:
*Office based: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
