Lecturer in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship

*Salary: up to 50k+5K uplift
We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship to join our academic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching and have a strong commitment to enhancing student learning experiences at levels 3-6.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship to diverse groups of students.
*Prepare course materials and assessments.
*Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
*Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Engage in research and professional development activities.
*Support the administration of the department through various responsibilities, including module leadership and involvement in apprenticeship programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum requirement: UK Master’s degree.
*At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in the UK; exceptionally, candidates with 1 year may be considered.
*A UK degree is preferred.
*PGCert and Fellowship are advantageous but not mandatory; CPD support is provided.
*Experience working with BAME and underrepresented groups.
*Ability to deliver content clearly and at a pace suitable for diverse learners.
*Understanding of widening participation, particularly for full-time working families with children.
