VisionFR is helping to recruit for a German speaking Management Accountant for a Global Creative Agency. You will be responsible for the Management Accountants for the German market and work closely with account managers to manage WIP.


Management Accountant Key Duties:
• Client billing:Responsible for drafting client fees and expense invoices, ensuring all are approved by the relevant client lead and sent out on a timely basis in line with client contracts.
• Keep track of revenue by maintaining all source documentation relating to new jobs and clients (Contracts/SOWs/Pos) and ensure entries are tied back to Salesforce.
• Establishing good communication with key stakeholders, managing relationships internally and externally.
• WIP management:Liaise with client teams to reconcile job balances and manage WIP issues to minimise financial risk.
• Produce accurate WIP reports with detailed commentary on action points
• Finance trackers: Manage trackers to reflect up to date billing and financial information.
• Support AP function
• Managing the month end and management account preparation process
• Review ledger postings, accruals and prepayments
• Prepare monthly management reporting pack, to include P&L and balance sheet
• Provide full variance analysis of management accounts to budget/forecast
• Assisting with reconciling the intercompany balance for German market
• Liaise with other offices in the group: Assist with queries relating to cross-office clients.


Management Accountant Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Confident with written and spoken communication skills in German is essential
• Experience working in a similar role
• Able to keep to tight Group deadlines and deliver high standard work.
• Be a strong team player: working to support your team however you can with day to day
• You must be organised with great attention to detail.
• Proactive - taking the initiative and always seeing a job through.
• A mature attitude and responsible approach to confidential information.
• Good Excel and IT skills
