Handle a variety of non-contentious residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Responsibilities:
*Manage caseload and meet fee targets
*Draft contracts, TR1s and related documents
*Complete due diligence and compliance checks
*Maintain accurate case and financial records
*Support client care, marketing and business development
*Ensure CQS and AML compliance
Your Requirements:
*Residential property experience essential
*Strong legal drafting and communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
*Detail-oriented and team-focused
