What you’ll be doing as a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant:
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions and adapt learning resources.
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that nurtures independence and engagement.
Following school policies on behaviour management, safeguarding, and SEN provision.
Providing feedback to teaching staff and assisting with progress tracking and daily handovers.
