Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (Week 1: 6am - 2pm, Week 2: 2pm - 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:
*Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
*Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the company’s standards.
*Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health and safety regulations.
*Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
*Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation.
*Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
*Participate in training sessions and engage in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
*High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
