IFA Administrator – Pension & Investment Team
Location: Altrincham | Hybrid / flexi working option
Salary: £30,000
Full-Time | Permanent


We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused IFA Administrator to join a leading Wealth Management firm in Altrincham. The role sits within the Pension & Investment Team and offers the opportunity to support advisers, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to delivering excellent client service.

The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will work closely with the Team Manager and advisers to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant administration of client portfolios. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage your own workload, and strong organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:
*Process and submit new business in line with the workflow.
*Submit Letters of Authority and collate all required plan details for research and analysis.
*Meet and greet clients, handling incoming enquiries professionally.
*Support portfolio management, including rebalancing, buying, and selling.
*Accurately process client withdrawals and contributions, monitoring to completion.
*Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and complete follow-up work.
*Draft basic suitability reports.
*Conduct research for new business cases, including fund and cost analysis.


Experience & Skills Required
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IFA administration or wealth management role.
*High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
*Previous experience with any of the following is highly advantageous:

*FE Analytics
