Residential Children’s Worker
Full-Time | Fixed Term until Easter 2026 | Therapeutic Residential School
£16.00-£17.50 per hour

Our amazing customer in Witney is looking for a kind-hearted and dedicated Residential Children’s Worker to join their wonderful team in a therapeutic residential school setting.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing day-to-day care and emotional support in a warm, stable environment
Engaging children in creative, fun, and educational activities
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families as part of a caring multi-disciplinary team
Using a therapeutic approach to help children manage emotions and feel empowered
Supporting routines, personal growth, and everyday living skills
What we’re looking for:
Someone with a genuine passion for helping children thrive
Experience in care, education, or supporting children with additional needs
A team player who’s patient, empathetic, and ready to bring positivity every day
A driver (desirable, due to the location)
