Audit Senior Manager Responsibilities: *Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolio
*Oversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellence
*Coach, mentor and develop a growing audit team
*Review audit files and provide technical guidance to team members
*Strengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement
*Build strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insight
*Work closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service delivery
*Play a key role in shaping the ongoing growth of the Audit function
*Opportunity to broaden scope and progress towards Director/RI responsibilities
As and Audit Senior Manager you will be: *ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
*Either an experienced Audit Senior Manager or a high-performing Audit Manager ready to step up
*Strong background in SME/OMB audit work is desirable
*Confident leading teams and managing multiple assignments
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
*A collaborative, positive leader who sets high standards
