Job Title: Freight Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freight Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in freight forwarding and a passion for building client relationships and account management.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
*Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate competitive rates.
*Coordinate import and export shipments across Air, Sea, and Road freight.
*Liaise with hauliers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
*Work closely with internal teams for customs clearance and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
*Proven track record in account management.
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
*Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
*Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
*Existing client portfolio is highly desirable.
