Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Hungerford
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £35,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Our client, a respected law firm based in a welcoming small market town, is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied conveyancing caseload while developing their career in a supportive, friendly environment.
The Role:
You will manage a full and diverse caseload of residential property work, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Mortgages and re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity and property gifts
*Plot sales and development-related matters
*Regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their transaction
*Maintaining strong existing relationships and developing new ones with agents, brokers and other professionals
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Experience in residential property/conveyancing work
*Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Strong communication and client-care skills
*Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally
*Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships
