Part-Time Administrator – Join a Friendly Team in Thames Valley Park
Are you looking for a part-time role where your customer service skills and admin experience can really make a difference?
We’re recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a small, supportive team based in Thames Valley Park, Reading. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is happy to get stuck in, and is open to learning new things.
Location: Thames Valley Park, Reading
Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week (spread over 3 or 4 days)
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Perks: Free on-site parking, flexible hours, casual dress
What you’ll be doing:
*Handling customer enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and care
*Supporting the team with admin tasks like scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence
*Helping with project coordination and keeping things running smoothly
*Maintaining accurate and confidential records
What we’re looking for:
*Solid customer service experience
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
*Comfortable using MS Office and general admin systems
*Someone proactive, adaptable, and open to coaching
Bonus: Experience in the utilities sector is helpful but not essential, we’re more interested in your attitude and ability to learn.
