Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are currently working with a leading engineering company who are looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader to join their team in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role gives you the perfect mix of people leadership, process improvement and day-to-day HR delivery. As a HR Shared Services Team Leader you will be responsible for:
*Producing contracts of employment and variation of terms letters for new and
existing employees
*Dealing with high-volume HR queries from stakeholders across the business
*Coaching, developing and managing the performance of the team to create an environment of high performance and continuous improvement
*Driving automation, improving workflows and spotting opportunities to reduce admin and increase accuracy
*Acting as the go-to for queries, escalations and operational problem-solving within the shared service function
*Coordinating and supporting with Employee Relations and absence managment issues
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience within a shared services setting
*Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Experience in automoation and process improvement
