Primary Teacher
Prospero Teaching is delighted to support a well-regarded primary school near Salisbury in recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team.
About the Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across various year groups, creating engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. You will support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and social development in line with the school’s ethos.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Planning and delivering lessons that meet pupils’ needs and curriculum objectives
*Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
*Adapting quickly to different year groups and class dynamics
*Supporting pupils’ academic progress and social development
*Collaborating with school staff to ensure consistent teaching standards
Contract Details: *Location: Wiltshire (near Salisbury)
*Position: Primary Teacher
*Start Date: ASAP
*Contract Type: Permanent or long-term contract
*Salary: M1-6 (dependent on experience)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day

*Candidates who are adaptable, confident, and comfortable teaching multiple year groups
*Professionals passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
*Individuals who enjoy working collaboratively within a school community
Requirements: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally across different year groups
*Strong classroom management and organisational skills
*Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
*Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Two professional child-related references
