Are you an experienced surveyor with a passion for leadership and delivery exceptional service? We’re looking for a Senior Surveying Manager to join our Asset Management directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of surveyors and shape the way we deliver high-quality surveying services across our property portfolio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting our long-term asset management strategy.


What You’ll Do
*Lead and inspire a team of surveyors, setting clear objectives and supporting their development.
*Oversee complex building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition assessments in line with RICS standards.
*Manage major works projects from start to finish, including tendering and contract administration.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations (HHSRS, Building Regulations, CDM).
*Contribute to asset management strategy and long-term investment planning.
*Act as the primary technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders.




What We’re Looking For
Essential
*Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS).
*Proven experience in project management and contract administration.
*Strong knowledge of construction technology and building regulations.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
*Ability to manage budgets and deliver value for money.
*Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
*Willingness to undertake DBS checks


Desirable
*Degree in building studies or related field.
*Experience in housing sector and using JCT/PPC2000 contracts.
