Lead Practitioner - Pre-School Setting
*Location: Plymouth

Reed Education Plymouth is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join a well-established and nurturing nursery as a Lead Practitioner for their pre-school room. This role is ideal for someone looking to leverage their skills and passion in a leadership position that significantly impacts children’s wellbeing, development, and curiosity.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Guide and support the pre-school team to maintain high-quality practice.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of a rich and engaging curriculum.
*Work closely with the nursery leadership team to ensure the provision meets the needs of every child.
*Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community.
*Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play and meaningful experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
*Desirable qualifications include Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification.
*A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*A reflective approach to practice.
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
