The role:
*As the successful COP Solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care, maintaining the existing client focused ethos
*You will manage your own files, with plenty of support

*Lots of client contact and progression chances as the firm recruit more staff and open new offices.
As the successful Court Of Protection Solicitor, You will:
*Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity
*Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work; particularly COP files
*Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law
Those able to supervise and/or on the Mental Capacity (welfare) Panel are desirable but not essential.
