Job Description:
Credit Controller
Salary: £32,000
Location: Walsall
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller
*Own the full credit control process and customer relationships
*Post and allocate daily cash receipts
*Manage invoices and credit notes
*Produce aged debt and DSA reports
*Lead monthly credit review meetings
*Resolve queries with internal teams
*Support broader finance operations
The Successful Candidate will have the following:
*Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident with Excel and accounting systems
*Self-driven and proactive
*Enjoys working in a team-focused office environment
*Always looking for smarter, better way of working
*IT literate
