What We’re Looking For *Essential: *Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD.
*Knowledge of PECS and Makaton.
*Ability to support children with social communication difficulties.
*Desirable: *Experience in a specialist setting.
*Understanding of EHCPs and sensory needs.
