Sports Coach & Wellbeing Lead
Join Our Client School in Fareham!
We’re excited to be working with a Ofsted rated ’Good’ secondary SEN school in Fareham who are looking for a Sports Coach & Wellbeing Lead to join their community from January 2026.
You’ll be inspiring young people through sport, helping them grow in confidence, and supporting their wellbeing both inside and outside the classroom.
If you love coaching, enjoy working with teenagers, and want to bring energy and positivity to a school that values every child, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading fun, engaging PE lessons that motivate and include every pupil.
*Supporting the PSHE curriculum, especially around health and wellbeing.
*Helping pupils develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
*Being a role model and mentor, encouraging resilience and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
*Someone with drive, determination, and a caring nature.
*Great communication skills - with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
*Flexibility, resilience, and a good sense of humour.
*Experience working with young people with SEND needs.
*Sports coaching qualifications (Level 2 or above) or strong coaching experience.
The Details
*Location: Fareham, Hampshire
*Start Date: January 2026
*Contract: Temp to Perm
*Hours: Full-time, 08:30am - 16:00pm
*Pay: From £110 per day
