Support Workers Required for Children’s Home in Biggleswade Bedfordshire SG18
We have an incredible opportunity to join our three bed children’s homes located in Biggleswade. We provide care and support to children and young people who have complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and display challenging behaviour. We try and make every day extraordinary for the children we care for and support, because we believe in every single one of them.

Support Worker Requirements
Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
*Able to work Full time
*A full UK driving license
*Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
*NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people’s workforce or equivalent ( preferred)
*You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
*Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with LD ADHD & challenging behaviour(Must)
*An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
Join us as a Residential Support Worker at our home in Biggleswade we can offer:
*£32051 per annum
* Shift patterns are early 7-2:30, late 2-9:30, sleep ins Starting hourly rate is £16.65
*Full induction and introductory programme
*Fully funded training and qualifications
*Enhanced pay scales that recognise both qualifications and experience
*Free meals
*A great employee benefits programme
