Civil Litigation Solicitor
Worcestershire | Full or Part Time | Hybrid Options | Competitive Market Salary
A leading and well-respected law firm in Worcestershire is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants to take meaningful ownership of their work while contributing to the continued growth and development of a forward-thinking department.

The Opportunity You’ll join an experienced, supportive litigation team working within a firm that places client care and quality service at the heart of everything it does. Key Responsibilities * Handle a broad Civil Litigation caseload with confidence and professionalism.
* Work in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules, managing settlement agreements and involvement in ADR where appropriate.
* Collaborate with colleagues while managing cases with limited supervision.
* Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain excellent file management, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Use modern IT systems to progress matters efficiently.
About You Essential
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT capability and confidence working with case management tools.
* Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
