Project Accountant (Hybrid / Part-Time or Full-Time) Kettering, Permanent
An exciting new opportunity to join a high-impact development team, managing the finance backbone of a major mixed-use long term development project. You’ll lead day-to-day accounting, cashflow modelling, audit coordination, funding drawdowns, and stakeholder reporting.
What You’ll Do:
*Maintain bookkeeping, payroll, VAT/CIS, and financial controls
*Produce monthly management accounts and board reports
*Prepare statutory accounts and oversee audits
*Forecast cash flow, manage funding, and monitor covenant compliance
*Build financial models to support viability and business planning
*Engage with key stakeholders including financing partners
*Handle company secretarial, filings, and governance matters
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified with strong experience
*Experience in real estate, development finance, or JV accounting an advantage
*Strong communicator who works confidently with auditors, funders and senior stakeholders
*Organised, proactive, detail-driven, with high governance standards
