Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a forward-thinking team in Bourne. What You’ll Be Doing:
*Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Engaging partners and clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
*Selling a range of components and technical solutions across various sectors
*Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
*Working towards and exceeding targets with uncapped earning potential
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is ideal – but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn
*Ability to understand and present technical products and solutions
*Based locally or able to commute to Bourne
