This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join one of the UK’s largest estate agency groups as a Lettings Manager in Slough.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success as a Lettings Manager/Assistant Manager and have a flair for training and developing a team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a senior negotiator level or higher
*Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
*Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and the team
*The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
*The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
*A strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
*Ability to manage time sensitive and high-volume workloads
*A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
*Ability to work under own initiative
*Good telephone manner
*IT skills (basic Microsoft Packages)
*Attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence.
The company will provide a basic salary of up to £32,000, plus on target earnings of £50,000+. You will be on a guarantee for the first 3 months of employment. A company car or allowance will be provided.
