What you’ll do:
*Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and deliver comprehensive reporting to inform strategic decisions across the business.
*Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by collaborating closely with operational managers to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
*Monitor cost control measures across multiple departments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly while maintaining strict compliance with established financial policies and controls.
What you bring:
*Newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience with proven experience in management accounting roles, and strong experience in managing Balance Sheet recs.
*Previous exposure to asset-intensive industries is highly desirable for understanding sector-specific challenges.
*Exceptional communication skills enabling you to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial colleagues.
*Ability to work dependably both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
