They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Ashford, Surrey. The company will happily consider atrainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry. The role will involve:
*Registering prospective purchasers
*Arranging and accompanying viewings
*Sales negotiation and progression
*Handling offers
*Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
*Some experience within residential sales would be advantageous, but is not essential
*Experience within a target driven sales environment
*Excellent face to face customer service skills
*The motivation to succeed
*A confident and professional manner
*Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
*Good presentation and communication skills
*Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
This position will come with a salary package of £20,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
