About the Role:
As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad mix of residential transactions, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*Shared ownership
*Help to Buy
*Experience with new build matters is highly desirable but not essential
You will work within a supportive environment alongside highly experienced conveyancers and solicitors, benefiting from ongoing in-house training and structured development.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
*Minimum 1+ year of conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
*Ability to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
*Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
*Experience with new build transactions is advantageous
