Associate Supervisor – Contract Disputes

Join our client during a period of exciting business change and growth. They are seeking an Associate Supervisor for their Contract Disputes team within the Volume Litigation Department. This role involves technical supervision of a small team and handling a caseload of consumer and commercial contract cases.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assess the prospects of success of contract claims including consumer and commercial disputes for both claimants and defendants.
*Negotiate and litigate claims through the Civil Courts, potentially to trial.
*Provide excellent customer service and legal advice in a precise, understandable, and empathetic manner.
*Assist in the management of the team alongside Senior and Principal Associate managers.
*Supervise, mentor, and train junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality legal solutions are accessible and affordable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Fully qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with a strong background in Contract Law and Civil Procedure Law.
*Experience in managing Fast Track value cases.
*Proven people management skills with the ability to supervise, mentor, and train junior staff.
*Exceptional customer focus, assertiveness, and organizational skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to proactively identify complex issues and offer potential solutions while following correct processes.
