Job Description:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and versatile person to join our team as an Estimating/Contracts Coordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who enjoys juggling different tasks, keeping projects on track, and supporting a busy office environment.
What You’ll Be DoingYour day-to-day will include:
*Managing tenders, quotes, and contracts efficiently
*Keeping schedules, certificates, and documentation up to date
*Processing invoices, time sheets, and small works schedules
*Ordering office and site equipment to keep everything running smoothly
*Supporting IT systems and troubleshooting minor issues
*Helping with general office organisation and ensuring everything runs like clockwork
