Reed Accountancy is working with a client in Halifax who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. This opportunity can be offered on a permanent basis or as a temporary-to-permanent arrangement. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
This is an office-based role where you’ll play a key part in the finance function, with a primary focus on statement reconciliations. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make an impact, this could be the perfect next step for you!
Duties:
*Statement reconciliation of contracts
*Supplier invoices
*Overhead invoices
*CIS statements
*Bacs payment runs
*Use Excel – VLOOKUP’s
You will need to demonstrate:
*Experience within a similar position
*Advanced with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables etc)
*Experience with Sage (desirable)
*Confident speaking with people
*Happy to get stuck with a ’hands-on’ approach
