IFA Administrator
Location: Pontefract - Office Based
£25,000 - £28,000
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and close-knit firm with real flexibility?
We’re working in partnership with a highly respected, independent financial advice firm in Pontefract, who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused and client-friendly professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced yet friendly environment.
The Role:
• You’ll play a key role in supporting the advisers with a wide range of administrative duties, including:
• Processing new business and client documentation
• Preparing valuation reports and annual review packs
• Managing provider and platform correspondence
• Updating client records and CRM systems (Intelligent Office)
• General client servicing and communications
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
• Confident using financial platforms and provider portals
• Previous experience with Intelligent Office would be of most interest
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A professional and approachable communicator
• Someone who thrives in a small office environment and enjoys working autonomously
