Job Description:
Reed are partnering with a growing, Evesham based company who are looking to add an additional team member to the HR team. This is a great role to join a growing business and a small HR team that will give you exposure to all elements of HR.
Alongside day-to-day HR administration there are opportunities for involvement in interesting project work to support their aim of becoming an accredited employer of choice.
This role will suit an organised, proactive and people-centric individual with a genuine passion for HR. Career development opportunities and study support are available.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide HR admin support and first line advice to employees, escalating where needed.
*Support the Head of People and Resourcing Advisor with HR and recruitment administration in line with business needs.
*Produce standard HR correspondence including new starter paperwork, probation outcomes, contract changes, maternity leave admin, leavers admin, employment references etc.
*Provide monthly payroll adjustments (starters/leavers/changes) to our external Payroll provider.
*Track probations and Quarterly Reviews and keep managers up to date.
*Organise e-learning and in-person training by liaising with L&D providers and delegates.
*Ensure the HR system and e-files are complete and up to date in line with GDPR requirements.
*Contribute to the delivery of the People Plan, including ad hoc project work and supporting team activities.
