Role Details for the Learning Support Assistant: * Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

* Start: Immediate

* Location: Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green

* Contract: Full-time, term time only

What the Learning Support Assistant Will Do: * Support pupils with SEN in-class, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs

* Help teachers deliver differentiated activities and learning interventions

* Provide calm, structured, and encouraging support across the school day

* Assist with behaviour support strategies when needed

* Build strong relationships with pupils to help them gain confidence

What We’re Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant: * Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role

* A nurturing, patient and proactive approach

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to support pupils across different year groups

* Interest in SEN and supporting children with additional needs
