Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – 1:1 SEND Support
Location: Camden, London
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Start Date: January
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive primary school in the borough of Camden.
About the Role:
*Work 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 2 who has SEND, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially.
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
*Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children with SEND (particularly in a primary setting) is highly desirable.
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning and development.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
