Employability Manager
Are you ready to shape futures and inspire success? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our Careers and Work Experience provision. This is your chance to drive innovation, build employer partnerships, and empower students and apprentices with the guidance they need to thrive.
Location: Cambridge & Huntingdon
Salary: £37,705 per annum + fantastic benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent
What you’ll do:
? Lead and develop a high-quality Careers Programme
?Manage work experience and placement activities
? Collaborate with employers and external agencies
What you bring:
? Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development
? Proven experience in FE careers and employability
? Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and strong leadership skills
